You can find us at Sheetal CHS on 3rd Golibar Road in Santacruz East. It’s a typical residential-commercial mix building, nothing too flashy. We’ve got a small setup here in 4-A where we handle our export business. Santacruz is a crowded area, and Golibar Road always has something going on, whether it’s people walking to the station or local vendors. Our office isn’t huge, just enough room for the desks and some storage for our documents. We deal with various goods for export, so a lot of our time is spent on the phone with suppliers or checking on shipping schedules. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. The neighbors in the building are mostly families or other small businesses, so it has a very local, lived-in feel. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s more of a place where you walk in, say hello, and get to work. Most of us live nearby or take the train into Santacruz station. We keep things pretty simple here. The focus is just on making sure the goods get where they need to go without too much trouble. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for quite some time now without needing to move or change much. The chai from the corner stall is what keeps us going most afternoons.
