Our office is tucked away in the Parel Shivsmruti building on Manjrekar Lane, just off Dr. E. Moses Road in Worli. It’s a busy part of the city, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days, but we’ve made this place our home. We deal with bakery ingredients, so our space often smells like flour or yeast even though we don't do the actual baking right here. It’s more of a hub where we manage the supplies that go out to bakeries and pastry shops. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually crammed with samples of different grains, sugars, and additives that bakers need. We have a small staff who knows their way around a kitchen, even if they spend more time on the computer or phone these days. We aren't a big corporate giant with glass walls; it’s a regular ground-floor unit where the door is usually open and the phone is always ringing. We started this because we saw how hard it was for small bakers to get the right ingredients consistently. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're something we're not. We just know ingredients and we know how to get them to the people who need them. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way because it lets us stay close to the bakers we serve every day.
