We are located at F-3, 130 in the Ansa Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever been to Saki Naka, you know how crazy the traffic on Saki Vihar Road can be at any time of day. Swastik Technopack Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of all that noise. Our workshop is full of half-finished packaging machines and spare parts. There is always someone welding something or testing a motor, so the sound of clanking metal is just background noise to us now. The floors are stained with oil and grease, which is pretty standard for a place like this. We have a small office area partitioned off with glass, but most of the real work happens out on the shop floor. It gets incredibly hot in the afternoons, and we usually have all the big shutters open to get a breeze. We spend a lot of time fiddling with belts and sensors to get the machines running just right. It’s a lot of trial and error before a piece of equipment is ready to go out. We don’t have a lot of fancy brochures; we usually just show people what we are working on when they stop by. The team is small, and we’ve all got grease under our fingernails most of the time. It’s a practical, hands-on environment where we just focus on building things that work properly. It’s noisy and messy, but it’s our daily routine and we are used to it.
