We've been at Motiwala Mansion for a long time now. It's a busy spot on Pitha Street, and we like the vibe here. People come by for all sorts of import-export needs. The office is a bit old, maybe even a little dusty in the corners, but it works fine for us. We handle a lot of paperwork and shipping stuff every single day. Nadirsha Sukhia Street is always crowded with people and bikes, so finding our entrance can be a bit tricky for newcomers. We just get on with the work and don't worry about being fancy. No big corporate logos or polished desks here. Just a small team trying to keep the shipments moving. The desks are usually covered in files and empty tea cups. Sometimes the tea guy is late, but we don't mind much. We know all the neighbors around here. It’s mostly about getting the crates out on time and making sure the labels are right. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it's for the mandatory stuff. It's more about talking to the drivers and checking the manifests. If you’re walking down the street, you’ll see our small sign. It’s been there for years and looks a bit faded. We like this old building, even if the stairs are narrow and a bit steep. It feels like home after all this time. We’ve seen the street change quite a bit. Some shops closed down, and new ones started up. But Swastik Impex is still here doing its thing.
