Our place is located over in Malwani Colony, right at Gate 6. It is Room 71 on Plot 25/A. If you know Malad West, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. We work out of this office doing back-office tasks and handling calls. It's a busy atmosphere most of the time with everyone wearing headsets. The building isn't the newest, but it works for what we need to do. Sometimes the power flickers but we have backups for that. We have a lot of younger staff here who are just starting out in their careers. It's a loud place because of all the talking. We spend the day going through data and making sure everything matches up for the clients. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the local stalls nearby because the food is decent and cheap. Mumbai 400 095 is our home base. We aren't some huge glass tower corporation. Just a group of people working hard in a small room in the colony. It gets hot in the afternoons but the fans keep things okay. We handle a lot of different processes here. Every day is mostly the same routine of logging in and getting through the queue. It is just honest work. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. It’s a simple setup but it gets the job done for everyone involved.
