We operate Super Gain Import Export (Bombay) Pvt Ltd from the 11th floor of Regent Chambers. That’s at number 8 in Nariman Point. Being up on the 11th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. Nariman Point is a busy business district, so there’s always a lot of movement around the building. We handle a lot of different goods coming in and out of the country. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with the customs people and the shipping lines. The office is full of files and computers. We aren't a huge team, but we stay busy. Dealing with imports and exports means we have to keep an eye on the news and the exchange rates. It can be stressful when a ship is delayed or there's a problem at the docks. We usually just grab a quick lunch at one of the nearby stalls and get back to it. We don't have any fancy corporate slogans. We just try to get the containers moved and the bills of lading signed correctly. It’s a lot of administrative work, but it keeps the business going year after year. Our office is a bit crowded with all the documents, but we know where everything is. We take things as they come and handle the problems one by one.
