Sumukhi Construction Llp is situated in a busy part of Mumbai. We’re over at Cumballa Hill, specifically on Dr. Gopalrao Deshmukh Marg. Our office is on the third floor of Maheshwari Niketan, which is Plot-741. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a solid old building. Working in Mumbai City means things are always moving fast, and there is never a quiet moment. We’ve been operating out of this 11th unit, 5B, for some time. Construction in a city like this is a challenge because of the space, but we manage. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller group that focuses on getting the work done properly. You won't find us using a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. The stairs in the building can be a bit much on a hot day, but it’s home for us. Being in the 400026 area puts us near a lot of different projects. We spend our mornings planning and our afternoons out checking on sites. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. We don’t have a big fancy lobby, just a place where we can sit down and look at blueprints. It’s a practical setup for people who are actually doing the building work every day. We just try to keep things simple and get the projects finished on time.
