We’ve been here at 33 Santacruz West for a long time now. It’s a busy spot and people are always coming in with broken screens or slow laptops that need fixing. The shop is usually full of boxes and old cables that we haven’t gotten around to throwing away yet. We spend most of our day looking at motherboards and trying to find the right parts for someone’s old PC. It gets a bit crowded when two or three customers come in at once because the counter isn't that big. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise but we just ignore it and keep working. Working in Santacruz means there is always noise from the street outside, but you get used to it after a few years. We handle a lot of different things, from basic repairs to selling small parts that are hard to find elsewhere. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a place where we get the job done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we’re still right here in the same building. Most of our regulars know to come in the afternoon when it’s a bit quieter. We try to keep things simple and just tell people what’s wrong with their tech without using too much jargon. That’s how we’ve always done it here at Sujay Computers. It's just us and a lot of hardware.
