Sujata Air-Control Engg.

Our workshop, Sujata Air-Control Engg., is at Gala No. 22 in the Anis Compound. We are situated right behind the Asha Krishna Building on the Sakinaka - Ghatkopar Link Road. If you’ve ever driven through Sakinaka, you know the traffic is something else. The noise from the link road never really stops. The compound itself is full of small engineering units like ours. It’s a bit of a greasy place, to be honest. We’ve got tools and parts for air control systems scattered across the benches. The ceiling is high, which is good because it gets hot with all the welding and machining going on. We don't have a fancy office; it’s just a corner with a desk and a computer that’s always a bit dusty. People coming to find us sometimes miss the turn into the compound because there are so many signs. We spend our days fixing things and putting together components. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually our only break. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just focus on the engineering side and getting the jobs out the door on time. The lights hum a bit, and there is always someone working on a motor or a fan nearby. It’s just how life is in the Sakinaka industrial belt. We’ve been in this compound for years and know the routine.
