Down here in Bandra East, specifically in G Block near the MCA, it’s always busy. People are rushing around the Kurla Complex all day, but inside our place, things move a bit differently. We’re trying to do the whole sustainable fashion thing, which sounds fancy, but mostly it just involves us worrying about where our scraps go. It’s a lot of trial and error, to be honest. We aren't some massive factory; we’re just tucked away in Plot C-20. The office isn't perfect, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to find materials that don’t ruin the planet. It’s harder than you’d think. Sometimes the stuff we get isn't exactly what we expected, and we have to start over. That’s just part of the job. Most of us live nearby, so we’re used to the noise and the heat of the city. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just make clothes that we think people will actually use for a long time. It’s a practical way of looking at fashion. Some days are stressful when deadlines loom, but we usually figure it out over some tea. It's just a regular local business trying to do things a bit better.
