S.S.B. Grace Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been over here at Champaklal Industrial Estate in Sion for quite some time now. You can find us up on the third floor at unit 311. It gets pretty busy around this part of Mumbai, especially with all the trucks moving in and out of the estate every morning. We usually start things early here, grabbing a quick tea before the phones begin ringing and the paperwork starts piling up on the desks. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle our imports and exports. We spend most of our day talking to vendors or checking on shipments that are supposed to be arriving at the port. Sometimes the traffic in Sion is a real headache, but we’re used to it by now. The staff here has been together for years, so we all know how things work without needing to say much. We just focus on getting the crates moved and making sure the documentation is right. It’s a lot of back and forth with the customs folks and the warehouse guys. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that. Usually, it's just us sitting around the main table sorting out orders. If you ever stop by Champaklal, you'll see it’s a working building with a lot of noise and movement. That suits us just fine because we like to stay busy. We keep our files organized and try to stay ahead of the deadlines, even when things get chaotic and the shipments are delayed.
