Spice52

We started Spice52 up on the third floor here in Vile Parle East because we just wanted a place that worked for us. It is right on Byrasandra main road at number 48. Getting the kitchen running every morning takes some work, but we are used to the routine now. It is a bit of a climb to the third floor, but people find us eventually. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just tables, chairs, and the food we make every day. Most of us living nearby know how busy this road gets. Sometimes it is loud outside with all the traffic, but inside it is mostly just the smell of whatever is cooking in the back. We spent a lot of time trying to get the lighting right, though it still feels a bit bright sometimes. We don't really do big ads. Usually, people just see the sign or hear about us from a neighbor. It is not a huge place, so it gets crowded during the dinner rush. We try to keep things moving. The staff lives close by, so we walk to work mostly. It’s just a regular spot for a meal when you don’t feel like cooking at home. We have been at this address for a while and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us. It is just what we do. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re here.
