Spectra Enterprise

Up here in Powai, we’ve got a bit of a different view of Mumbai. Spectra Enterprise is in Pacific Enclave, specifically E-404 in the Blue Fields section. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being down in the commercial districts. Our office is basically just an apartment that we turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day. We deal with various enterprise tasks, mostly things that involve a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit lonely because we aren't on a busy street with people walking past the window. We just see the other buildings and the trees. The elevator in the building takes forever, so we usually try to time our trips down so we don't have to wait. We have a couple of desks pushed together and wires running all over the floor because we haven't found a better way to organize them yet. The afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard, so it gets warm in here even with the air conditioner on. We’re just a small group, keeping our heads down and working through the tasks. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with a receptionist or a fancy sign. It’s just us in E-404, making sure the business stays afloat and the clients are getting what they asked for. We just keep doing what we do.
