Solaris Computers is over in Vashi Plaza, specifically at unit B-397. If you’ve ever been to Vashi Plaza in Navi Mumbai, you know it’s a huge place with shops tucked into every corner. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. The unit isn't massive, so we have to be pretty organized with where we put the towers and the monitors that people drop off. It gets pretty busy on the weekends when people have time off and finally decide to get their home computers fixed. We do a lot of hardware swaps and software reinstalls. It’s the kind of place where there’s always a soldering iron warming up or a stack of hard drives being tested. We don't have any corporate slogans or a polished front desk. It's more of a workshop feel where the focus is on the actual repair work. Navi Mumbai has grown a lot, and we’ve seen the types of problems people have change over the years. We used to deal with a lot of dial-up issues, and now it’s all about high-speed stuff and cracked phone screens. The air conditioning in the plaza is a lifesaver during the summer, but it can get noisy with all the foot traffic outside the door. We just stay busy with the work at hand and try to get the machines back to their owners as soon as we can. There is always a pile of old cables we mean to sort through eventually.
