Sofine Fashion

Sofine Fashion is tucked into Shop No. 1-a at Rughani Palace. We are right on Sarojni Naidu Road, which most people know because it's right next to Bhurabhai Hall. If there’s an event going on at the hall, the street gets incredibly packed. Our shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve got racks of clothes everywhere, and sometimes it’s hard to move around when we get a delivery. We try to keep things neat, but it’s a constant battle. The neighbors are nice, and we often chat with the other shopkeepers when things are slow. It’s a decent spot to be. People walking to the hall often pop their heads in to see what we have. We aren't some big mall store with bright lights and loud music. It’s a bit more quiet here, usually. We do our own thing and don’t worry too much about what the big chains are doing. The building, Rughani Palace, has been here for a while and has that old-school feel to it. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the door if it’s heavy, but we just put a towel down and keep going. It’s just us running the place day to day. We like the pace of life on Sarojni Naidu Road and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else at this point.
