We are based at No. A/8 in the Minerva Industrial Estate, which is right across from Asha Nagar in Mulund West. It’s a decent spot for us. The estate is always buzzing with people and vehicles. Ski Plastoware Private Limited has been around for some time, and we’ve settled into a routine. Our work involves a lot of plastic products, so the warehouse area is usually pretty full. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of what we do is just day-to-day management. The office part of the building is small and we’ve got old calendars on the walls. We don’t really care much about aesthetics. It’s about getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the logistics get messy, especially with the traffic on the roads around Mulund. We’ve learned to deal with the delays. The staff here are like family. We’ve worked together for years. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don’t use scripts when we talk to people. If you have a question, we just answer it based on what we know. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big titles or corporate talk. We just want to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied. It’s honest work and we’re happy to be doing it here in Minerva Estate. Every day brings something a little bit different.
