Singh Housing

Singh Housing is a small shop, number 23 to be exact, inside the Nimbus Centre. We are located in Andheri West on the 1st A Main Road, right next to the Laxmi Industrial Estate. It is a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. Working here means dealing with the traffic and the constant energy of the industrial estate next door. We focus on housing around this area, helping people find a place to stay that isn't too far from their work. The office is small and usually a bit cluttered with folders and property listings. We spend most of our time on the phone or out meeting people at different buildings. Andheri is a huge place, but we try to stick to what we know best in this local pocket. It is not a glamorous job, especially when you are stuck in traffic between viewings, but it is what we do. People come to us because they need someone who actually knows the buildings and the landlords in this specific part of town. We don't use any big words or fancy promises, we just show what is on the market. Most days are just a mix of answering questions and walking through hallways in different apartment complexes. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
