Aditya Realtors

Aditya Realtors operates out of Shop No. 25 in the Surpriya Building. We are located in Kamothe, specifically Sector-18, on Plot No. 31. Our sign says Aditya Enterprises, which is the name on the shop front. Kamothe is a place that is growing fast, and we have seen a lot of changes from our little shop over the years. It is a basic storefront, not a big corporate office. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk where we look over property papers and maps. Most of our day is spent talking to people looking for a place to stay or sell. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction happening nearby in Sector-18, but that is normal for this area. We have been here long enough that most of the neighbors and other shopkeepers know us. The Surpriya Building is easy to find if you are familiar with this sector. We do not have any fancy brochures or anything, just honest talk about what is available. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings us snacks in the afternoon. It is a very local way of doing business. We keep our files in the back and a computer on the main desk. It is a simple life running a real estate shop here. We just try to stay on top of the local listings. If you walk past Shop 25, you will probably see one of us inside working on something.
