We’ve been here at Itwari Maskasath for quite a while now. Most people around here know where the office is. It’s not a fancy place, just a room where we keep our files and meet people looking for a bit of land or maybe a small shop to rent. Dealing with property in this part of town can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork, so we mostly spend our mornings looking through old documents and talking to folks who come in with questions. Sometimes the office gets crowded, and other days it’s just us drinking tea and waiting for the phone to ring. We don’t do big advertisements or anything like that. Word usually gets around through the neighbors or people we’ve helped before. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic and noise outside, but once you step in, we can sit down and look at what’s available in the market. Every day is different. One day someone wants a flat, the next day someone is trying to sell a plot they've had for twenty years. We try to keep things straightforward. No big promises, just showing what’s actually there and helping with the registry stuff when it gets confusing. It’s a small operation, really. Just a couple of us who know the local streets and who owns what. If you're walking through Maskasath, you'll probably see our sign. It’s been there a long time now.
