Mumbai Property

Mumbai Property is located right on the 90 Feet Road in Saki Naka. If you know the area, you know how much traffic there is. We are situated very close to the Peninsula Hotel. It is a landmark that everyone uses to find their way around here. Working in real estate in this city is a bit of a headache sometimes. There are so many buildings and everyone is looking for something specific. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our files and meet people. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around to look at different flats and shops. Saki Naka is a hub, so there is always movement. The dust from the road comes in if we leave the door open too long. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that has seen better days. It is not a polished place, but it works for what we do. People come in looking for a place to stay or a small shop to rent. We just show them what is available in the neighborhood. The 90 Feet Road is always humming with the sound of rickshaws and trucks. Sometimes it is hard to hear each other talk when the horns start blaring. We just keep at it, day after day, trying to match people with the right square footage. It is just us here, doing the daily grind.
