We’ve been at Poddar Road 15 for a good while now. Wens Realtors is just a small, simple office here on Amand Road. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and answering the phones when they ring. People stop by when they’re looking for a place or maybe they just need to ask about something in the neighborhood. It is not a big fancy operation, just a couple of desks and some chairs that have seen better days. Sometimes the tea lady comes by in the morning and we take a little break. We know the streets around here pretty well because we walk them every single day to look at buildings. Amand Road gets quite busy in the afternoons, but our spot is easy to find if you are looking for us. If you’re around Poddar Road, you have probably seen our sign out front. It’s been there long enough that the paint is starting to look a bit old and faded. We handle things as they come. No big speeches or complicated stuff from us. Just regular work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with owners and folks looking for a room. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to sit around and wait a bit. That’s just how it is. We keep our files in folders, the old way, because it works for us. If someone walks in, we usually put the kettle on. Wens Realtors isn't trying to change the world.
