We are based out of Kandivali East, specifically at General A K Vaidya Marg 17. Sweet Home Property Consultants is basically just a few of us in a room with some computers and a lot of paper stacked up. It gets a bit noisy outside with all the traffic on the Marg, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve seen this area change a lot over the years. We started this because we knew the neighborhood well and thought we could help neighbors out. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a door you can walk through if you’re looking for a flat or a shop. Most of our day is spent calling people back or walking over to look at a kitchen or a balcony in a nearby building. It’s simple work, really. Sometimes we get the keys mixed up and have to walk back to the office, but we get it done eventually. Kandivali East is a busy place, and being on General A K Vaidya Marg keeps us right in the middle of everything. We aren't fancy people. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of coffee while we look at the new listings. If you need something in this part of town, we're right here. It’s just us, Sweet Home Property Consultants, doing what we can every day. No frills or big promises. We're just trying to make a living like everyone else around here.
