We are located in Andheri East. Way 2 Property Org is a small operation. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how fast everything moves. It’s always crowded and the trains are always full. We spend most of our time out and about, looking at different places. The office is really just a base for us to keep our files and make phone calls. It’s not a fancy place with marble floors. It’s just a room with some chairs and a table. We talk to a lot of people every day. Some are looking for a small room, others want something bigger. We listen and try to remember who needs what. It’s a lot of paperwork, which nobody really likes, but it has to be done. We’ve been in Andheri East for some time now, so we know the shortcuts and which buildings have problems. It’s a tough business because things change so fast. One day a place is available, the next it’s gone. We don’t promise anything we can’t do. We just tell people what the situation is. Sometimes they don't like it, but that's the truth. We don't use big words or try to act like we're some huge corporation. We're just a few people trying to make a living in a very busy city. It's noisy and dusty, but it is our home. We keep things plain and simple here.
