Sk Properties

Sk Properties operates out of No.211 in Rizvi Chambers, which is Building No. 2 on Jain Mandir Road. We are right on Hill Road in Bandra West, which most people know is a very crowded and active part of the city. The Vodafone Gallery is a good landmark nearby if someone is trying to find us for the first time. The building itself is an older one, and the elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often just take the stairs. Our office is small and filled with files, maps, and registers. It’s the kind of place where you’ll always find someone on the phone talking about property or looking through old documents. Bandra has changed a lot over the years, but Hill Road always stays busy. You can hear the sounds of the shoppers and the traffic from our windows. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the local area well. We spend a lot of our time walking to different sites or meeting people at nearby cafes. The office is really just a base for the paperwork. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and chairs, but we’ve made it work for us. We don’t go for anything flashy. It is just a regular office where we keep our records and meet clients when they need to sign something. It’s a lot of back and forth every day.
