Villa Consultant

Our work at Villa Consultant is based right here in Vashi. We don't have a massive corporate office, as we prefer to spend our time out in the neighborhoods looking at different properties and meeting with people. Vashi is a great area because it has a bit of everything, and we have lived and worked around here for years. We mostly help people figure out what they want to do with their villas or land. It involves a lot of walking around and taking notes on old pads of paper. We are just a small group of consultants who know the local market quite well. Sometimes we meet folks in a local cafe to discuss their plans instead of having them come to a stuffy office. It feels more natural that way. We aren't trying to sell anyone on big dreams, we just give practical advice based on what we see. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the rules, so we try to make it a bit simpler for people. We have a small desk space where we keep our maps and files, but it is usually quite cluttered. We don't worry too much about having everything perfectly organized as long as we know where things are. People in Vashi know us as the local guys who can help out with villa questions. We just take it one day at a time and try to be as honest as we can about how things work here.
