Silver King

We’ve been here at the Hammersmith Industrial Estate for a while now. It’s usually pretty busy around Mahim, especially on S.T. Road with all the traffic. People come in and out all day long. Silver King isn't a fancy place at all. We just have our space at unit 325 and we get things done. Some days the noise from the other units in the estate is a lot to take, but you get used to it after a week. We deal with whatever comes our way. It’s mostly about keeping the machines running and making sure the orders are sorted correctly. It’s a lot of manual work and standing around on the hard floor. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Just the workshop floor and a small desk with some old papers and a laptop on it. Sometimes the heavy rain makes it real hard to get stuff in and out of the estate, but we manage somehow. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the neighbors well. We usually grab tea from the stall down the road twice a day. It’s just regular work for us. We don't spend much time thinking about being a big company. We're just here every morning at 9, opening up the shutters and starting the day. It’s just how it goes in this part of town. Nothing too special, just Silver King doing what we do in this little corner of the industrial area.
