J. K. Garments

You can find J. K. Garments over at Siddharth Colony. Our place is number 115/15. It is a simple setup, really. We aren't in a big shopping mall or on a main high street with bright neon signs. Instead, we are located right in the colony where people live and go about their daily lives. A small sign hangs out front so visitors know they have found the right house. Inside, it is mostly just shelves and racks filled with different kinds of garments. We handle a bit of everything, but we don't try to be too fancy about it. Most of our day is spent checking the stock that comes in and making sure everything is folded right. It can get a bit quiet in the middle of the day. This gives us time to do the accounts or just have a cup of tea. But in the evenings, the colony gets more active and we see more people coming in. We’ve been at this for a few years now. We have gotten to know the layout of the place pretty well. It’s just me and a couple of helpers most of the time. Big marketing plans or complicated systems don't really exist here. We just open the doors, talk to the people who come by, and try to make sure we have what they are looking for. It’s a straightforward life, and we like being part of the Siddharth Colony community.
