Our office and workshop is at Unit No.7 in Udyog Nagar, which is on Plot No.7. It’s just off S.V. Road in Goregaon West, near the Vifor building. Being in an industrial estate like Udyog Nagar means there is always something going on. Shree Manek Kitchen Equipment Pvt . Ltd. is basically a place where we handle all sorts of kitchen machinery. It’s a bit of a maze back here, and the trucks are always coming and going. The unit itself is a decent size, but it feels smaller because of all the machines we have inside. We have workbenches set up where people are usually fixing things or putting parts together. It’s not the quietest place to be. S.V. Road is always jammed with traffic, so we hear the horns all day. We’ve been here in Goregaon for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent dealing with technical stuff and making sure everything works right. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make the place look pretty. It’s a functional space for people who know about kitchen gear. We have a few desks tucked in the corner for the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the floor. It’s a bit messy with scraps and tools, but that’s just how we work. We focus on the equipment and getting things ready. This is where we spend all our time.
