You can find us at Shop No. 1 in Rajda Chawl. It’s on 6/8 Old Hanuman Cross Lane. If you’ve ever been to Kalbadevi or Zaveri Bazar, you know how crowded it gets. It’s a maze of lanes and small shops. Shree Gautam Creation is right in the middle of all that chaos. The lane is narrow and there are always people pushing past. Our shop is small, but that’s how it is in Zaveri Bazar. Every inch of space counts. We’ve been here for years. We know most of the neighbors and the guys who deliver the mail. It’s a noisy place with all the hammering and shouting from the street, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit messy, but that’s just part of being in an old part of the city. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s just a counter and some shelves. We spend our days dealing with whatever comes our way. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially during the festival seasons. We like being in Kalbadevi because it’s the heart of the trade. Even if it’s cramped and loud, this is where we belong. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in the small space we have. It’s a lot of manual work and we don't use much technology. We just trust our hands and our experience. That's enough for us.
