Sharma Furniture

We started this shop in Chembur quite some time back. It is located right at No. 42-A-2 in the Dr. Ambedkar Chawl area of Samarth Nagar. If you know the neighborhood, it is easy to find. Most days, we are busy with wood pieces and tools. There is always sawdust on the floor and the smell of polish in the air. We make different kinds of things like cupboards, tables, and bed frames for people living around here. It is not a huge showroom, just a practical place where we get the work done. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with deliveries, but we manage. People walk in to ask about repairs or getting something new made for their homes. We spend most of our hours measuring wood and cutting it to size. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the work continues. We have a few workers who have been with us for years. They know how to handle the old machines we use. We don't have fancy brochures or anything like that. People just see what we are making and talk to us directly. It is a simple way of doing things. We keep our tools organized as much as we can, though things get messy when a big order is being finished. Samarth Nagar is a busy place, and being part of this community feels right for us. We just focus on the furniture and making sure it stays together properly.
