Being on the 2nd floor of the Mehta Trade Centre on Sir M V Rd puts us right in the middle of a lot of traffic. Maquet Medical India Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle a variety of medical equipment. The office usually has a few big crates sitting around and plenty of technical manuals on the desks. We aren't a hospital, but we provide the machines that doctors and nurses use to help people. The building is a typical commercial spot and it can get quite loud with all the cars and buses outside on the main road. We have a small area for coffee and lunch, but most of the time is spent coordinating with technicians or checking on orders. It’s not a place with shiny glass partitions or modern art on the walls. It’s a working office where people are busy on their phones or typing away at their computers. Sometimes when a large shipment arrives, the whole 2nd floor feels a bit small for all the gear we have to move. We don’t have a big corporate speech to give anyone. We just make sure the medical machines are delivered where they need to go and that they are working properly. It’s a straightforward job that requires a lot of attention to detail. We’ve been at this Sir M V Rd location for a while and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of the area.
