Industrial Wood Corporation

Out here in Charkop, at the ABC Government Industrial Estate, is where we do our daily work. Plot 136 is our spot. Since it is an industrial area, it stays pretty loud with all the machinery and trucks moving around this part of Kandivali West. We work with wood, mostly for industrial uses like pallets or crates. There is almost always the smell of fresh sawdust in the air, which is something I have grown to really like over the years. Our space is definitely not a showroom. It is a working warehouse and a small office where things actually get built and moved around. The floor is usually covered in wood scraps, and we are constantly moving stacks of timber to make room for the next load. It is hard work, and your hands get pretty rough, but that is just the nature of the job. We have a small crew that has been working together for a long time. We do not have a big HR department or a sleek lobby for visitors. If you come by, you will likely find us in the back checking measurements or loading a truck. It is honest work. We deal with various companies that need wood for their own packing or construction needs. Some days the weather makes things difficult, especially when the monsoon rains hit and we have to scramble to keep the inventory dry. We just keep the saws running.
