Ravi Trivedi Total Solutions is based at No. 3 Ram Krupa. We are situated right behind the Ram Mandir on L.T. Road, near Babhai Naka. It’s a well-known landmark in the area, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Our office is a simple room in an older building. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We call it "Total Solutions" because we try to help with whatever comes our way, mostly related to local services and paperwork. Babhai Naka is a lively part of the neighborhood with shops and people everywhere. Being behind the temple gives us a bit of a landmark to tell people. The office is small and often filled with files and a couple of old chairs. We don't have a secretary or a big corporate structure. It’s just Ravi and a few others helping out. We've been at this spot for years. People from the nearby buildings often drop in just to chat or ask for a bit of help. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth in Borivali is usually enough for us. It’s a local business run by local people who know the streets and the folks living here. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful.
