Our place is in the Ruby building on Sant Ramdas Road in Mulund East. It’s more of a workshop than a fancy office. There are computer parts everywhere, honestly. Cables hanging from the walls, half-opened monitors on the benches, and a lot of screws in little jars. We spend most of our time fixing things that people bring in. It’s usually broken screens or computers that won't turn on. The air smells a bit like solder and old dust. It’s not the cleanest place, but we know where every tool is. Sometimes people come in just to ask a quick question about their phone or a printer. We don't charge for advice, we just tell them what we think. The shop is small and the fan makes a clicking noise that we stopped noticing years ago. It’s a bit of a trek to the back of the building where we are, but people find us. We don't have a receptionist or anything. You just walk in and talk to whoever is holding a screwdriver. Sometimes we are working on three things at once and the desk gets really buried. It’s a local service for the people around Mulund. We aren't trying to be a big tech company. We just like fixing things and seeing them work again. It’s simple work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. There are always pieces left over that we aren't sure where they go.
