Shambhunath Property

If you are looking for us, we are over in Kandivali East, right in the Sanskruti Building. It is part of the Thakur Complex area on Proctor Road. This part of Mumbai is always moving. Shambhunath Property is basically just us sitting in the office, answering the phone, and helping people find a place to live or work. We have seen this neighborhood grow so much. I remember when there were fewer buildings around here. Now, Thakur Complex is like a city of its own. Our office is at number 6. It is a small space but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with local flats and shops. The walk from the station isn't too bad if the weather is okay. We see a lot of families coming through, looking for a bit more space. We try to keep things straightforward. No one has time for long speeches or complicated terms. We just tell people what is available and what the situation is. Sometimes we are out showing properties all afternoon, and the office stays locked for a bit. It is a busy life, but it is good to be around people. The Sanskruti building is easy to spot once you get onto Proctor Road. We have been here long enough that most of the shopkeepers nearby know us by name. It is a decent place to work. We have a small water cooler and some old chairs. It is not much, but it is ours and we like the vibe. We just try to get through the day's tasks without any extra stress.
