September Fashion Private Limited is based at 205 in the Andheri Universal Industrial Estate on J B Road. We are in Andheri West, and being right next to Wadia School means we hear the school bell and the kids playing all day long. It gives the place a bit of a different feel compared to a standard industrial park. Our unit is on the second floor. It’s a pretty basic setup with white walls and a lot of fluorescent lights. We spend our time cutting fabric, checking measurements, and packing up boxes for delivery. The industrial estate itself is quite old and the stairs are a bit steep, so we always tell people to be careful when they visit. We don't have a lot of marketing materials or a big sign out front. We just have our name on the door and a lot of work inside. Sometimes the water pressure in the building is low, or the parking downstairs is a total mess, but we’ve learned to deal with those things. It’s a practical place to work. We keep our heads down and try to get the orders out on time. The atmosphere is mostly quiet inside, except for the sound of the sewing machines and the school noise from outside. It’s just how things go for us here on J B Road in Andheri Westn. We usually clean up the cutting tables before we head home for the evening.
