If you are looking for us, you have to head down to 232 Samuel Street and make your way up to the 4th floor. We are right in the heart of Vadgadi, Masjid Bunder, which is one of the most crowded parts of the city you could imagine. The stairs can be a bit of a climb, especially when the weather is hot, but we are used to it by now. Downstairs is always chaotic with carts and people moving goods through the narrow lanes. Our office is where we handle all the export details, which means a lot of time on the phone and even more time filling out forms. It is a busy environment and the noise from the street below never really stops until very late. We have a small team here who manages the logistics and makes sure things are moving where they need to go. It is not the kind of place with shiny furniture or a reception desk. It is a working office through and through. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from truck drivers to shipping agents. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or there is a problem with the paperwork, and we just have to sit down and figure it out. It is a lot of back and forth, but we have been doing this long enough to handle the stress.
