Sea Ball is tucked away on Tilak Road in Borivali West. We’re in Rajni House, which is a pretty well-known building in this part of Mumbai. Being at number 1 on the street means we see everyone walking by. It’s a small operation, mostly just us and a couple of helpers. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people rushing to the station, so our shop feels like a tiny part of that chaos. We don’t have a lot of room for people to lounge around, so most folks just grab what they need and keep moving. We’ve been serving this neighborhood for a while, and we know the rhythms of the morning and evening rush. The shop is simple, with just the basic equipment we need to get the job done. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy signs. It’s more about getting the food ready and making sure it tastes like it’s supposed to. Sometimes we have to shout over the noise of the buses outside. It’s a busy life running a place in Borivali, but we’re used to it by now. The floor gets dusty from the road, and we’re constantly cleaning up to keep it looking alright. It’s just a local spot for local people who are in a hurry but want something decent to eat without spending a lot of time or money.
