We are located in Sahara House, over in SVP Nagar in Andheri West. It is a pretty lively neighborhood, like most of Andheri. There are always people walking by and cars honking. Our building, Sahara House, is where we handle all the business for Sahara Seafoods. It’s a functional space, nothing too over-the-top. We have our offices set up to manage the logistics and the sales side of the fish business. Working in Andheri means we are close to a lot of things, which is helpful, but the traffic can be a real pain during rush hour. Inside the office, it is usually a bit chaotic with phones ringing and people talking over each other. We deal with suppliers from all over and try to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the transport is on time. We aren't some big, faceless corporation. Most of us here have worked together for a long time, so we know each other's habits and how the work gets done. Some days the air conditioning works better than others, and we usually have a few stacks of files that need filing, but we get there in the end. It’s an honest way to make a living. We focus on the seafood and making sure we get the details right. We don't have time for big speeches or marketing talk. We just do the job and stay busy in our little corner of SVP Nagar. It is just the daily routine.
