Our place is over in the M.H.B. Colony, specifically unit 28/1926 in Abhyudaya Nagar. We are right in the Kalachowki area of Mumbai, which is a place that never really stays quiet. Being in the food business means our day starts early, usually before the sun is even fully up, getting things ready for the morning rush. The colony is full of people, so there is always someone walking by or a delivery bike pulling up. Our kitchen isn't massive, but it’s busy. We have the stove going and there is usually a smell of spices and cooking in the air that you can notice from down the hall. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't from around here, but once people find the spot, they usually come back. We don’t have a fancy dining room with waiters. Most of what we do is preparing stuff for people to take home or for local shops. Sometimes it gets really hot in the kitchen, especially during the Mumbai summers, but we just keep the fans going and get the work done. We’ve been in this Maharashtra 400 033 area for quite a while now. It’s just a local food business run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We don’t make big claims about being the best; we just cook and hope people like the taste.
