You can find Fishfortune International Inc. at D/4, Dattaguru. We are right near the Telecom Factory in Deonar. It’s an interesting area to work in. Deonar has its own rhythm, mostly dictated by the factories and the local trade. We deal in fish, and even though the "International Inc." part of our name sounds very formal, we are just regular people. The office is in a residential-looking building, which surprises some folks. It’s not a glass skyscraper. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and phones. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on shipments. The smell of the area is a mix of industrial stuff and the nearby coast. It’s not always pleasant, but you get used to it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people writing slogans. We just know our fish and we know the people who buy it. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and we stay late to finish it. It’s a practical business with no frills. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with magazines. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us busy on the phones or looking at spreadsheets. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic from the factory nearby, but it’s a good spot for us. We’ve been at Dattaguru for a while and we don’t plan on moving anytime soon.
