We're up on the fifth floor, room 504 in the Platinum Arcade. It’s right across from the Free India Bakery in Khetwadi. You can usually smell the fresh bread in the mornings when you're getting off the bike. Opera House is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of noise from the horns and the people on the street below. The elevator in this building is a bit slow and sometimes it gets stuck, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. Our office is basically just one big room with some desks pushed against the walls and a lot of papers everywhere. It’s not the kind of place with fancy carpets or art. We just have our phones and our files. Being in Khetwadi means we're close to everything, but the traffic to get here is a nightmare in the evenings. We spend most of the day answering calls and trying to organize the shipping schedules. Sometimes it’s quiet, but usually, it’s just us talking over each other. We get our lunch from the small places around the corner. It’s a typical Mumbai workspace where everyone is just trying to get through the pile of work on their desk. We’ve been here a few years now and know most of the other people in the arcade. We just keep our heads down and get the work done before heading home.
