We’re located over in Vile Parle East, right on the first floor of Eastern Court. It’s a busy intersection at the junction of Tejpal and Parleshwar Road. We handle dairy products. It’s a lot of coordination since milk and cheese don’t stay fresh forever. Our office at 103-C is where we manage the logistics. It gets pretty hectic in the mornings. We have to make sure the deliveries are on time. If a truck is late, everything gets pushed back. That's the nature of the dairy business. We aren't a huge multinational. Just a private company trying to get products to people. The building we are in has a lot of history. You can hear the traffic from the road all day long. We don't have a lot of frills here. Just some computers, a few chairs, and a small kitchen area. Most of us have worked together for years. We know each other’s families and what we like for tea. It’s a tight-knit group. We don't do big speeches or formal meetings. We just talk across the desks. Sometimes we stay late when there's a problem with a shipment. It’s just part of the job. We try to keep it simple. We deal with farmers and distributors and everyone in between. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking temperatures. We just keep the wheels turning. There is always someone in the office to answer the phone.
