You can find us at A-2/57 in the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate. Lower Parel has changed so much lately with all the new malls and towers, but the estate still feels like the old Mumbai. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes. Saraf Enterprises is a family-run kind of place, even if the name sounds formal. We deal with various trading bits and pieces. Our space is filled with files and samples. S. J. Marg is always crowded, especially during the rains. We’ve spent many years in this spot. It’s not a shiny corporate office. It’s a place where work actually happens. We have a few staff members who have been with us forever. We talk to suppliers, check on orders, and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s just part of the daily routine. We don’t do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for decades. We value those long-term connections. It’s a steady pace of life here in the middle of the city’s industrial heart. We just show up every morning and do our best to get the orders out on time. The office can get a bit dusty with all the papers, but it’s our second home. We wouldn’t really want to be anywhere else at this point. It’s where we feel most at home.
