Sara Ice Cream Parlour

Our parlor is located on R C Dutt Road in the Alkapuri area of Vadodara. It is a nice enough spot, though the traffic outside can be quite heavy during the evenings. We have a couple of large freezers that we keep stocked with various tubs of ice cream. The shop itself is quite small, so we don't have much room for people to sit inside. Most customers just grab a cone and stand out on the pavement or walk while they eat. We spend a lot of time just cleaning the glass display and making sure the scoops are sitting in clean water. It is a very simple way to earn a living. We see a lot of families who come by after dinner for a treat. The kids can be a bit loud and sometimes they drop their ice cream on the floor, but we just mop it up and keep going. We don't have any of those fancy modern machines. We just use the traditional tubs. Sometimes a flavor sells out faster than we expected and we have to tell people we are out of it. That is just how it goes. We don't have a big corporate office or a board of directors. It is just us running the shop on R C Dutt Road. We try to keep the lights on and the freezers cold. It is a very straightforward business, nothing too complicated about it at all.
