Atul Overseas (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located right on Nehru Road in Santacruz East. We are in Vijay Kunj, which is just opposite the Vakola Masjid. You can always hear the calls to prayer and the constant honking of cars on the road outside. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for moving boxes in and out. We handle a lot of shipments going to different places. The space is mostly filled with desks, computers, and samples of whatever we are working on that month. It’s not the quietest place to work, but you get used to the noise after a few days. We started this because we knew a lot about how to get products from one place to another. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing emails to people we might never meet in person. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and sometimes share snacks. The building is a bit old, so the walls have some cracks and the paint is peeling in the corners. We don't mind it much because the work is what matters. We aren't some big shiny corporation; we are just a group of people working hard in a crowded city. It’s a tough business, but we have stayed at it for quite a while now.
