Samsung Mobile Service Centre

We work out of Gala No 1 and 2 in the Jagir Singh Complex. We are in Chinchwadgaon, which is in Santacruz East, Mumbai. If you are looking for us, we are right near Raj Auto Garage. It’s a busy little corner of the city. Being a service centre for Samsung mobiles means we see a lot of broken screens and phones that won't turn on. The space is filled with small tools, magnifying glasses, and tiny screws that you have to be careful not to lose. It’s a lot of sitting at benches under bright lights. We have people coming in all day, usually a bit stressed because their phone stopped working. We try to tell them how long it will take, but sometimes the parts take a while to arrive. The noise from the auto garage next door is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We have a small waiting area, but it gets crowded pretty fast. Our technicians are usually focused on their work, so it stays fairly quiet inside except for the sound of the fans. It’s a lot of detailed work and your eyes can get tired after a few hours. We just take it one phone at a time and try to get through the stack of repairs before we close up for the night. Sometimes we are here quite late fixing the last few devices. It’s just how the work goes here in Santacruz.
