You can find Samrat Fabrication & Construction Private Limited over in Ghatkopar East. We are located in the Om Sai Ganesh building, specifically on the 5th floor of the first building, unit 509. It is right near the Eastern Express Highway, so the sound of traffic is something we hear all day and night. Being on the 5th floor is a bit unusual for a fabrication and construction firm, but this is where we handle all our planning and office work. Down at the sites is where the real grit is, but this office is the hub. Kamraj Nagar is a busy neighborhood and there is always something going on outside. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking about construction schedules. It is a lot of coordination between the fabrication shop and the building sites. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints, samples of materials, and half-empty tea cups. We don't really do the corporate thing here. It is more about getting the logistics right so the workers on the ground have what they need. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a workout. It is a bit cramped with all the files and equipment we keep around, but it works for us. We are just a group of people trying to keep multiple projects moving at once without too much fuss.
