Samraj Real Estate

We are Samraj Real Estate, and our office is on the first floor of Mohan Mansion, right in the Fort area. We are at number 16, part of Survey No 381. Fort is a tricky place for property because everything is so old and the rules are always a bit complicated. We spend most of our time looking at flats or commercial spaces and talking to owners. It’s not like the big real estate firms you see on TV with shiny brochures. We mostly work through word of mouth and local connections. People come by the office to ask about rents or if anything new has come up on the market. The building itself, Mohan Mansion, has its own history, and we like the feel of the 1st-floor space. It’s a lot of walking around, checking out sites, and dealing with paperwork that seems to never end. We know which buildings have good water and which ones have issues with the old wiring. That kind of local knowledge is just what we do. We aren't pushy sellers; we just show what is available and let people decide. Sometimes a deal goes through quickly, and other times it takes months of back and forth. We just stay patient and keep our files updated. It is a steady life here in the heart of Mumbai, dealing with houses and shops.
