Triveni House No 1, Room 6, is where you can find us in Vile Parle East. We are quite close to the Telephone Exchange, which is a well-known local point. The building has an older feel to it, where neighbors still talk to each other and know what’s going on. Property work in Parle is what we handle every day. It’s a neighborhood with deep roots, though plenty of new buildings are changing the skyline. Our office room is small, packed with registers and maps of the local streets. Instead of fancy software, we mostly rely on our own knowledge and local contacts. Each morning usually starts with tea and a check on any new rental openings. Walking through the lanes and talking to building committees is a big part of the job. Vile Parle is a tight-knit place. If a flat goes on sale, the news usually travels fast to us. Even when the monsoons make the local lanes a bit messy, we still head out for our visits. We aren't interested in being a massive agency. Our goal is just to help the people who walk into our office find what they need. Life here is mostly quiet until a new listing comes in and the phone starts ringing. We just try to make sure every person finds a decent place to live. It’s simple work, but it keeps us connected to everyone in this part of town. We’ve been at this for many years now.
